  1、首先将鴨胗去筋、膜,放入加有料酒、蔥姜的沸水中煮30分鐘。

  2、然後撈出放涼後切片。

  3、蒜苔洗淨切段。

  4、接着起油鍋,放入幹辣椒蒜蓉醬炒香。

  5、最後下苔煸炒後倒入切片的鴨胗,加鹽、雞精調味後炒勻即可。
