  1、俯卧位于地面上,上肢和下肢伸展台離地面升級并落下,反複練習增加腰背部的力量。

  2、站立時雙腳與肩同寬,上之後被雙手互握,向後方向下用力,也可以手提重物,雙側肩胛骨盡量居中,身體始終保持直線,3~6個月以後會得到明顯的改善,需要孩子長期期進行堅持。
