  1、先準備100g草莓洗淨切碎;

  2、然後把切碎的草莓倒入鍋中,再加入40克白糖,小火慢熬,熬至濃稠;盛出備用;

  3、碗中加入100g淡奶油,打發至流動狀态,再倒入100g酸奶;

  4、倒入煮好的草莓醬,翻拌均勻,再倒入模具中,放冰箱冷凍五個小時;

  5、鍋中加入200g巧克力,小火煮至融化,把凍好後的冰棍脫模,沾上煮好的巧克力,再放回冰箱冷凍五分鐘,顔值高又好吃的草莓巧克力冰棍就做好啦。
