  1、主料:花生醬1量杯、綿白糖1量杯、雞蛋1個、小蘇打1小勺、香草精少許、熟花生仁1/3、量杯黑巧克力50g。

  2、花生仁略切碎,黑巧切小塊。

  3、雞蛋、糖攪勻,加入小蘇打、香草精攪勻,加入花生醬攪勻。用手動打蛋器即可。拌入花生仁和黑巧碎。每大勺面團略整圓排入烤盤,之間相距3cm左右。

  4、烤箱預熱175度,烤10分鐘,連烤盤拿出,在烤盤上晾涼後取出。
