  1、主料:鮮牛肉500g。

  2、輔料:油适量、鹽适量、辣椒粉适量、孜然粉适量、烤肉粉适量。

  3、鮮牛冰稍硬好切片。切片,裝碗裡,撒鹽,再菜上辣椒粉,撒上孜然粉,倒進烤肉粉,淋點生抽,拌勻腌制二小時。

  4、放進不粘鍋裡,油煎,翻面,煎香,喜歡吃七成熟的早出鍋,喜歡吃十成熟的多煎片刻。
