蒜蓉絲瓜的做法

  1、絲瓜、蒜頭、天椒、紅蔥頭、鹽、雞精、澱粉各适量。

  2、蒜頭搗蓉,指天椒、紅蔥頭切末。絲瓜去皮,切成3厘米高的圓柱。

  3、鍋内放油,油熱後放入蒜蓉、指天椒、紅蔥頭,爆香後盛出。然後加鹽、雞精、澱粉拌勻。

  4、絲瓜柱入盤擺好,拌勻的蒜蓉等放其上,入蒸鍋6~8分鐘即可。
