  1、準備好面條和輔料。

  2、燒開一鍋水,下面條煮熟瀝幹盛碗裡;

  3、另外燒一鍋水或高湯,(兩鍋同時進行最好)下肉餅,豬闆筋,用鹽生抽生粉和油腌制過的肉片,蝦,鱿魚;燒開後下青菜,加适量鹽,家裡有吃雞精的可以放點雞精。

  4、再次燒開後把湯澆在面碗裡,上面放少許香菜段和炸香的蒜蓉就可以了。
