  1、将全麥吐司切去四邊成方形塊,兩片為一組,單面塗抹上花生醬,撒上烤香的杏仁片;将雞蛋煎熟(煎的時候将蛋黃戳破,使其平整),火腿煎香,依次排在吐司片上

  2、香蕉剝皮後切厚圓片,煎鍋燒熱用色拉油潤鍋後倒出,再放入黃油燒熱,将香蕉厚片放入鍋中煎至雙面金黃焦香

  3、将桂花蜜倒入鍋中,使煎香的香蕉片均勻包裹上蜜汁,将兩片一組中的另一片吐司也單面抹上花生醬後蓋上,将煎後的桂花蜜香蕉片鋪排在吐司最上層,撒上些小菜蔬飾面即可
