  1、水燒開後加入适量的食鹽,下入面條。

  2、若水溫不夠,面條會糊化,用筷子攪拌面條三分鐘後撈出。

  3、若是幹面條,比如挂面,等水燒到冒小氣泡,改用中小火,放入面條。

  4、用筷子攪拌面條。

  5、水燒開後加入一碗涼水,等待水燒開後撈出面條。
