  1、材料:黃沙500克、精鹽100克、精油50克、水适量。

  2、腌制時先将黃沙倒入盆中,加入精鹽、精油和水,攪拌成糊狀,再将洗淨晾幹的鮮鴨蛋逐個放入粘泥,待鴨蛋均勻粘上泥沙後取出,放入食品袋或其他容器内,3周後即可取出洗去泥沙煮食。若無黃沙,可用其它泥沙代替,如果沙的粘性不好,可加少量粘土。
