  1、材料:香菇25克,白菜200克,精鹽3克,味精1克,麻油适量。

  2、香菇水發去蒂洗淨,切成小片。

  3、白菜洗淨切成3厘米長的段。

  4、炒鍋上火,放油燒熱,放入白菜炒至半熟,再放入香菇,精鹽,味精,加點素鮮湯成清水,蓋上鍋蓋,焖爛即成。
