  1、主料:銀耳十五朵,柑橘兩個,薏米50G。

  2、調料:冰糖50G。

  3、銀耳用開水泡開,去掉黃色根部,用手撕成小塊。

  4、薏米提前浸泡一夜。

  5、柑橘皮切絲,柑橘瓣掰小塊。

  6、鍋内水燒開後,同時将上述主料及調料放入,大火燒開後轉小火煲1-2小時即可。
