  1、材料:小黃瓜/蔥/特辣尖椒各切細絲;豆腐皮入溫水稍浸至軟,抹幹切細絲;香菜切段;蒜蓉一大匙;朝天椒切末;糖心皮蛋兩個切條。

  2、調味料:醬油一大匙,香醋一大匙,麻油一大匙,紅油一大匙,味精少許。

  3、做法:混合各材料,加入調味料拌均即可。
