  1、将雞蛋打碎放入碗裡裡,放少許鹽,用筷子打散至均勻。

  2、然後加入适量的水(水最好是隔夜的熱水或是溫開水),繼續用筷子攪拌。

  3、攪拌均勻後,把上面的浮沫用小勺撇去。

  4、将切好的蔥末灑在上面,也可以不放,然後上鍋蒸。

  6、熟後加醬油和芝麻油,就可以享用了。
