  1、原料:尖椒6-8個、豬肉末少許、蒜茸少許。

  2、豬肉剁成肉末,加鹽,生粉,醬油,料酒拌勻。

  3、尖椒去掉蒂部和籽。

  4、鍋裡水分燒幹後,不放油,把尖椒放鍋裡幹煸,等兩面的表皮出現焦黃後,把火轉大,然後倒油把尖椒略為翻炒後盛起。

  5、鍋裡倒少許油,把蒜茸爆香,倒進肉末,劃散,溜點生粉水,把炒過的尖椒回鍋,加點生抽,鹽,糖,把汁收幹即可上碟。
