  1、芥藍200g、西蘭花200g、火腿腸一根、鮑魚汁30ml、鹽、糖、胡椒粉适量、蔥姜20g、食用油10ml、澱粉20g、料酒10ml、清水30ml。

  2、西蘭花掰成小朵放熱水裡煮1分鐘,撈出後迅速過涼水;芥蘭去除硬梗也放熱水裡煮1分鐘後過涼,将西蘭花和芥蘭濾去水分後擺盤。

  3、蔥姜切成碎末;火腿腸也切成小細丁;碗裡放澱粉、清水、适量糖和鹽勾兌成水澱粉備用。

  4、鍋熱倒少許油,7分熱時放入蔥姜末炒香。

  5、之後倒入火腿丁、鮑魚汁、料酒、胡椒粉和适量清水,燒開後倒入兌好的水澱粉,最後将芡汁澆在芥蘭和西蘭花上即可。
