家常版魚香肉絲

  1、裡脊肉洗淨切成長條,加入料酒、雞蛋清、水澱粉、鹽攪拌均勻,腌制20分鐘。冬筍、木耳切絲。

  2、碗中放入醬油、白糖、醋、蔥末、水澱粉調勻成魚香汁備用。

  3、鍋中放油,油溫五成熱時放入肉絲,用鏟子劃散,肉絲變白後出鍋備用。

  4、油溫燒到五成熱時轉小火倒入魚香調料、姜末、木耳、冬筍絲,倒入魚香汁、鹽,出鍋裝盤即可。
