  1、材料:杏鮑菇150克、香菇20克、草菇15克、海鮮菇30克、口蘑30克、細香蔥1根、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、食鹽1/2茶匙、水适量。

  2、蔥切末,姜切絲,蒜切片;鍋裡熱油,爆香姜和蒜,放菌菇拌炒,炒至菌菇軟熟兌入适量清水。大火燒開,小火炖30分鐘,調入胡椒粉,調入适量鹽,出鍋前撒上蔥花即可。
