  1、取一張面皮,包入約20公克的香蔥内餡,抓住面皮的邊緣,依序捏出折痕。

  2、接着将面皮的收口緊密捏合,在逐一包成水煎包狀。

  3、蓋上鍋蓋,以中小火煎約12分鐘至水收幹,煎至底部焦脆。最後撒上白芝麻,關火鏟出裝盤即可。
