  1、雞心中富含脂肪,為維持體溫和保護内髒提供必要脂肪酸,增加飽腹感。

  2、将雞心清洗幹淨,用開水焯一下,焯好的雞心切成兩半。

  3、将洋蔥切成等大的塊狀,姜也切絲備用,放入雞心。加入切好的洋蔥和姜絲翻炒,繼續翻炒片刻至所有材料熟透即可加入适量孜然粉和鹽。
