  1、主料:雞血适量,大蒜适量,蘑菇适量,豬肉絲适量。輔料:油适量,白胡椒适量,料酒适量,蒸魚豉油适量。

  2、放入适量的油,大蒜和蘑菇先炒,炒到差不多熟。

  3、事先切好肉加黃酒和鹽腌制一會,再倒入一起炒。

  4、肉也炒熟了再加雞血。

  5、加入适量開水,蒸魚豉油和白胡椒,蓋上鍋,燒沸就可以了。
