  1、豬骨髓沖洗淨,入沸水焯燙後;蓮藕洗淨,去皮,切成條,泡在水中;紅棗去核,洗淨。

  2、鍋置火上,倒入植物油燒至五成熱,下入蔥段、姜片炒香,加入高湯,下入豬骨髓、蓮藕、紅棗、鹽、料酒,用小火炖至熟爛,加味精調味,淋香油即可。
