椰子炖雞的做法

  1、雞1隻(約750克),鮮椰子4個,蓮子60克,生姜5片。

  2、先将雞洗淨,去内髒及肥油,斬件,下油起镬,爆香姜,然後下雞塊爆片刻,取出備用。

  3、再取2個椰子用鋸鋸開蓋,另2個椰子取出椰汁、椰肉,把椰肉切成塊,與雞、蓮子肉一齊放入鋸開蓋的椰子内,加入椰汁至滿為止,蓋上椰子蓋,放入鍋内,文火隔開水炖2--3小時,調味即可。
