  1、材料:雪裡紅250公克,豬絞肉100公克,姜末10公克,蒜末10公克,紅辣椒末15公克,鹽少許,雞粉1/4小匙,細砂糖1/4小匙,米酒1/2大匙。

  2、雪裡紅洗淨,擠幹水份切小段備用;豬絞肉洗淨,瀝幹水份備用。

  3、熱鍋,倒入1/又1/2大匙沙拉油燒熱,以中火爆紅辣椒末、姜末和蒜末,放入作法1豬絞肉炒至顔色變白,加入作法1雪裡紅段和所有調味料,拌炒均勻至入味即可。
