  紅燒白鲢子魚的做法:

  首先準備好鲢魚500g,生姜适量,調料油、鹽、料酒、醋、糖和生抽适量;先将切成塊的鲢魚放入大容器中,加入鹽、料酒、生抽攪拌均勻,腌制20分鐘;鍋燒熱,倒入适量油,燒熱至八成熟,将腌制的愉快放入鍋中,稍微煎一下;然後倒入醬油和适量清水,煮10分鐘左右;最後加入适量味精,撒上香菜即可出鍋食用。
