  1、剪去蝦槍,須和腳,用牙簽去除蝦線。

  2、鍋内加水,放入姜片蔥結,料酒,鹽,少許油燒開。

  3、水開後放入蝦,兩三分鐘後撈起。

  4、蘸料:生抽,白糖,一點醋,香油,蒜粒蔥花。熱鍋爆香花椒粒,倒入剛調好的醬料中。排盤剝蝦開吃!
