  1、幹豆腐3張、金針菇200克、小米椒1個、杭椒1個、雞精1勺、鹽1勺、辣椒粉2抖、孜然粉2抖、蔥1段、陳醋1勺、生抽1勺。

  2、步驟:金針菇洗淨掰開,幹豆腐切塊,幹豆腐把金針菇卷起,用牙簽固定住。

  3、金針菇在鍋中煸炒至兩面金黃,陳醋,生抽,鹽,雞精,辣椒粉,孜然,青紅椒,白糖,和蔥花調勻,做成料汁。

  4、将料汁倒入金針菇中加少許水炖幾分鐘,收幹湯汁即可盛出。
