  1、豬手三隻1.2千克,姜粉适量,五香粉适量,大料适量,鹽适量,雞精适量,蔥适量,鮮紅綝辣椒适量,桂皮适量,香葉适量,豆寇适量,八角适量,大料适量,冰糖适量,紅燒醬油3勺,料酒2勺,蚝油2勺。

  2、洗淨豬腳過水,然後洗淨。

  3、把豬手放鍋裡,加入各種配料即可加水以浸過豬手為宜。

  4、關上高壓鍋上氣後二十五分鐘。
