涼拌茭白怎麼做好吃

  1、準備材料:嫩茭白500克,醬油1湯匙,蒜1瓣剁泥,糖1茶匙,香油、味精适量。

  2、将茭白削去外皮,切去老根,洗淨後縱切成兩半,用刀背稍拍一下,使其質地變松軟,放入開水鍋中燙約10分鐘後撈出,随其自然冷卻,用刀切成片或滾刀塊,或是成條、段,放在盤内。

  3、加醬油、蒜泥、糖、相投、味精拌勻即可。
