  1、把餅幹壓碎,加熱黃油至成為液體,倒入餅幹碎中攪勻,倒入模具冷藏定型。

  2、攪拌芒果肉和白砂糖,冷水泡好吉利丁粉,加熱後,倒入芒果泥攪拌,打發淡奶油至六成與芒果泥混合翻拌。

  3、芒果泥、芒果肉、奶油芒果泥逐層倒入模具冷藏6小時,用水泡好吉利丁粉,加熱後倒入芒果肉和水冷藏一小時即可。
