  1、将新鮮桂花擇洗幹淨,話梅肉撕成絲;

  2、用幹淨的密封罐子,一層話梅肉,一層桂花,順次碼好,裝了八分滿,倒入蜂蜜,蜂蜜應蓋住桂花和話梅肉;

  3、用蠟密封好,蓋緊蓋子,一個月左右就可以吃了,可以泡來當茶喝,也可以塗在面包片上當自制的果醬。
