椒油拌豆腐做法步驟

  1、白木耳用水泡發好洗淨;姜洗淨去皮切成末;豆腐、嫩豆角、西紅柿、白木耳均切成1厘米見方的小丁。

  2、水鍋置火上,水開時分别放入豆腐丁、豆角丁焯熟,撈出晾涼瀝水,放盤内,放上西紅柿丁、木耳丁、精鹽、姜末、味精,澆上花椒油,香油拌勻即可。
