  1、主料:櫻桃260g;輔料:水500g、細砂糖30g、鹽适量;

  2、櫻桃去掉瓣浸泡入水中,加入少量的鹽,清洗幹淨。

  3、洗淨後的櫻桃,瀝幹水分,倒入無油的鍋中,再在鍋中加入沒過櫻桃一倍的水。

  4、加入細砂糖。大火燒開,轉小火煮4-5分鐘即可。

  5、放涼後,裝到幹淨的玻璃瓶子裡,放冰箱裡儲存即可。
