  1、綠豆芽洗淨,去掉根須,用開水焯至回軟,撈出過涼,控水備用,蒜切片。

  2、取一碗,加白糖、醋調成糖醋汁,醋溜綠豆芽。

  3、起鍋,入少許油,放入蔥段,小火煸出蔥香,放入花椒一起慢慢炸,制成蔥椒油,将蔥和花椒撈出。

  4、下蒜片大火爆香,倒入豆芽翻炒,倒入糖醋汁,加鹽、雞精翻炒均勻即可出鍋。
