  1、主料:千張300g;配料:胡蘿蔔100g、青椒100g、

  2、做法:起鍋熱油,爆香蔥花。放入胡蘿蔔片煸炒至斷生。下入千張翻炒均勻;

  3、加生抽、鹽調味。加适量清水,燒開後,小火煨制5分鐘左右。

  4、放入青椒翻炒均勻後,加味精提味,淋入水澱粉勾薄芡。

  5、待芡汁糊化後即可。出鍋裝盤。
