  1、台階拉伸,增強跟腱和小腿肌群柔韌性。前腳掌站在台階的邊緣,然後足跟懸空。盡量下沉足跟,然後擡起足跟回到起始位置,反複做此動作。做3組,每組10次。

  2、足底收縮,強化足底肌肉和胫骨後肌。站立,腳平踩地面。腳趾使勁下壓,足底弓起。放松,反複如此。做3組,每組10次。

  3、腳趾外展/内壓強化足底骨間肌。把橡皮筋套在腳趾上,放松收攏。再将小塊海綿塞在腳趾間,腳趾使勁擠壓海綿,放松,反複如此。兩個動作各做3組,每組10次。
