  1、主料:秋葵400克。輔料:油适量,鹽适量,椒鹽粉适量,孜然粉适量。

  2、秋葵洗淨,去蒂,把秋葵切段。

  3、鍋中放入适量鹽,水煮開。

  4、煮開後放入秋葵焯一下,瀝幹水分。

  5、鍋中放入少許油。

  6、油溫高放入秋葵煸炒。

  7、放入椒鹽粉放入孜然粉翻炒均勻即可。
