  1、鹵草魚原材料:淨草魚5000克,冷水5000ml,米酒、生抽、食鹽各适當,調味品袋(裝小蔥段、生姜片、麻椒、草外果皮、白蔻、八角茴香、丁香花、茴香、八角茴香、茯苓)1個。

  2、先把食鹽、生抽、調味品袋放人5000ml冷水鍋中煮沸,舀去白沫子,熬成鹵料。再将螂魚洗幹淨,放人鹵料鍋中,添加米酒煮沸,随後用溫火煮開,離去明火,制冷,即是制成品。
