  1、原料:嫩香椿400克、味精0.5克、黃醋2克、精鹽1.5克、姜未5克、芝麻油15克、醬油1.5克。

  2、将香椿去蒂,洗淨,大的撕開,投入沸水中焯一下,迅速撈出,盛入盤中,加入黃醋1克、精鹽0.7克拌勻,滗去水。

  3、取碗1隻,放入黃醋1克、精鹽0.7克、姜末、醬油、味精、芝麻油調勻成汁,淋在香椿上面即成。
