腌蘿蔔的家常做法

  1、主料:白蘿蔔1根,香菜适量。

  2、輔料:鹽适量,糖80克,醋50克,溫水大半碗,雞精适量,油潑辣子适量。

  3、蘿蔔去皮切成小段用3匙鹽腌制21個小時。蘿蔔出水了以後倒掉鹽水。用礦泉水把蘿蔔條洗淨;

  4、碗裡裝好糖,加上半碗溫水入微波爐微波1分半,(用鍋子煮也行)糖溶化後加入醋就成糖醋汁。把糖醋汁倒進蘿蔔條拌勻。

  5、再加上少許的鹽和雞精。倒上油潑辣子。腌制4個小時就可以吃了。
