  1、主料:鮮海螺水發木耳,黃瓜,香菜末精鹽,雞精,料酒,雞湯,雞油。

  2、将海螺肉洗淨去内髒切成片,黃瓜切成片後,分别放到開水焯一下,放入器皿中,木耳切成碎;

  3、坐鍋點火放入雞湯,開鍋後放入木耳,料酒、鹽、雞精、開鍋後撇去浮沫,撒上香菜末,點入雞油即可。
