  1、食材:沙拉沾醬:20g,沙拉醬150g,芥末醬1大匙,熟芝麻粒1大匙。

  2、綠竹筍洗淨和冷水入鍋大火煮滾,改中小火續煮50分鐘,熄火悶置1小時,再用水漂涼;蘆筍去根,用沸水燙熟即用水漂涼;将竹筍、蘆筍冰涼待用。

  3、竹筍去殼切塊,蘆筍切段,擺盤淋上沙拉醬、灑上芝麻粒即可。
