  一般久坐不是暗一天時間來算的,當然,通俗說法也有很多人把一天坐9小時以上稱為久坐,一般連續坐2小時以上并沒有站起活動和改變坐姿都算久坐。久坐易造成血液循環障礙、腰椎間盤突出等危害,要多加注意。建議在端坐2小時後應站起活動,利于血液循環,減少久坐的危害。
