  1、主料:豬肋條肉(五花肉),稍肥一點,500克左右。

  2、調料:醬油50克,八角3克,大蔥5克,姜3克,腐乳(紅)20克,鹽5克,白砂糖3克,料酒10克。

  3、将帶皮五花肉刮毛洗淨,切成七分見方小塊;

  4、坐鍋,先用開水将肉燙一下,去除血沫,控出;

  5、坐鍋,先下糖,炒成糖色,把肉下鍋攪拌上色,下料酒、醬油、醬豆腐(豆腐乳),放鹽、下蔥、姜、大料,見開後打開,旺火燒開,移微火炖爛,連汁盛碗即成。
