首先，闌尾炎是會引起腰疼的，在腰疼的時候可以采取局部熱敷的方法。但是因人而異，造成腰痛的原因有很多。可以做腰椎拍片或MRI，還不排除腰椎椎間盤或者骨質增生的問題，導緻坐骨神經痛。
其次，腰疼的話可以牽引,理療,紅外線,推拿 按摩治療.一定要避免長期保持一個姿勢工作和學習,尤其是長期彎腰工作學習,每1小時左右要休息10分鐘左右
最後，也要注意腰疼可能會是腰肌勞損所導緻的。
