  1、食材:山筍350克,青椒75克,白糖3克,鹽适量,雞精1克,食用油500毫升。

  2、山筍切成薄片放入開水鍋中煮1分鐘左右,撈出瀝幹水分,青椒洗淨後去蒂,對剖去籽,斜刀切成1厘米左右寬的片。

  3、鍋中放入食用油,放入青椒翻炒,炒1分半左右,完全炒熟。倒入山筍繼續翻炒1分鐘左右,關火。撒入白糖、鹽、雞精,和勻就可以裝盤上菜了。

  4、提示:鮮山筍炒前一定要放入開水中煮下。
