  1、材料:肉末300g、榨菜1包、小蔥适量、面粉300g、花椒粉适量、白糖适量、鹽适量、雞蛋适量、蚝油适量。

  2、肉末放在一個大盆中;

  3、榨菜過幾遍水,切成碎末,小蔥切成碎末,倒入盆中;

  4、加入面粉、花椒粉、蚝油、雞蛋,再根據量的多少加入鹽調味,加一點白糖提味;

  5、攪拌肉末直到上勁,稍微放置一下;

  6、燒熱一鍋油,小火,将肉末用虎口擠成丸子,入鍋炸至金黃即可。
