食用酸奶、小米、山楂、橘子、蘋果等有助于消化的食物,如果食用後不适症狀沒有緩解,建議立即去醫院接受治療。

建議一天吃冬棗不宜超過100克,10顆左右即可。冬棗纖維素含量較高,口感較為黏膩,若是食用過多,大量堆積在腸胃内,會加重消化系統的負擔,出現一系列不适症狀。
