  1、白蘿蔔350克、豆腐一塊、雞蛋75克、澱粉(豌豆)20克、料酒5克、醬油10克、花椒粉1克、鹽2克、大蔥10克、姜10克、椒鹽15克、大豆油70克。将大蘿蔔洗淨,去皮,先切成細絲,再剁碎,放入大碗内,加料酒、醬油、雞蛋液、濕澱粉40克(澱粉20克加水)、味精、蔥末(切)、姜末(切)、花椒面攪勻成餡。

  2、鍋内加豆油燒至五成熱,将蘿蔔餡擠成蛋黃大的丸子,下入油中炸透,至熟揀出,瀝淨油,裝盤,配椒鹽上桌即成。
