  1、杞棗餐包1個、鮮蝦200g、雞蛋1個、生菜适量。鮮蝦去殼,去蝦線,洗淨,用廚房紙充分擦幹水份.撒入少許鹽,用手充分抓揉至蝦身光亮(這樣做,可以使蝦肉彈Q);

  2、将蛋液打散;

  3、鍋中油燒熱後,将蝦倒入,快速滑炒至7-8成熟,取出加入蛋液中,油備用;

  4、在蝦蛋液中加入切碎的蔥花,調入适量鹽,少許糖,少許胡椒粉和香油,打勻;

  5、加熱鍋裡的底油(剛剛炒過蝦的油),将蛋液倒入,小火兩面煎熟成蛋餅;

  6、餐包橫切成片,夾入蛋餅和生菜,擠入沙拉醬,即可。
